4 movies in one month.gee.good thing im not flat broke.well pursuit of happyness was touching but kinda draggy.CHRISTOPHER JADEN SMITH is SO FUCKING CUTE! omg.okay yesterday went to watch stomp the yard.ive got three main words for it:GOD DAMN AWESOME.it's way better than step up and drumline(although drumline doesnt exactly got to do with dancing)the choreography was really creatively done.there isnt much of breakdancing but more of stepping but hell,it was darn good.and Brian J.White is hot laa.argh.storyline is somewhat like step up.you know the usual,lead actor's had a troubled past,met a hot girl,tried to change for the better.seems like almost all the black guys in that show have hot bods.hah.show's excellent,no doubts about that. freedom writers is amazingly touching and very inspiring.made me cry la.gee.how often do you get to see a teacher totally change the troubled lives of corrupted racist teenagers?they have to worry every moment they get out on the street,coz some guy might just shoot them for being a different race.the cast of the show was supposed to be 15 year olds but they look so damn old la.watching mario act as a freshman is just plain weird.best part about the whole thing is that it's based on a true story.i wont say anything more as i might spoil it for those who wanna watch.definitely a show that you SHOULDN'T MISS.(: it was raining when i was on my way to cine just now.had to cross from the bus stop and suprisingly some guy offered to share his umbrella with me.haha.really nice of him.yesterday was my lucky day because i got 50 bucks from sheena's dad la! i dont even know why actually.haha.maybe because i accompanied her for her registration.oh well. okay i think that's enough for today.till the next time (: Sunday, March 25, 2007
im going to say this like i usually do.life's pretty mundane right now.yeah,like what's new right?same old thing,work and going out spending my money like water.argh.i think i need some ex citement.no wait,correction.my life's pretty much a whirlwind of things now,just that i choose not to think about it. anyways,im at eunice's house right now.my internet's being a bitch.slept over her house yesterday night with nadirah.planned to stay up the whole night to talk about stuffs but in the end we fell asleep.haha.ordered macs in the wee hours of the morning and now im having major stomachache.gee. went all the way to ang mo kio a few days ago at 9 in the morning to apply for the expo thing.so bloody early la.then hung out at the usual starbucks.and isa's friend gave us free drink! so nice of him la. (: i wanna get out of singapore damnit.before school starts.but i guess that would be of a fat chance.ah well.im predicting whatever that's left of my holidays would be full of hang outs/work and of course being a couch potato. some things are better left unsaid. i feel so fucking useless.all i can do is just listen and give comfort to you guys,that's about it.sometimes we ask why do the good,subconsciously knowing we dont deserve it,continuously get hit by never-ending obstacles instead of other people.it's a test to see how patient we can be when dealing with them but why the good right?we tend to want to look at the bright side of things but it's always reality that keeps resurfacing in our minds over and over again.a friend once told me that you dont pray just so good things will happen to you.it's debatable i guess.everyone has different opinions on it.i think that praying makes everyone more patient and a better person but it wont give us whatever we want.sometimes it does but not all the time.thats because everything is planned.it's fate.yes you can change fate but it all comes down to how God wants your life to be.life's like that.it's never fair but we all have to accept it.that doesnt mean that God wants you guys to suffer.it's to see how strong you people are.at the end of the day,it's how we look at life that changes us emotionally.we can be all depressed and try to blame it on God but what's the use? it'll only make you lose faith.things always happen for a reason and i know that the reasons behind them are good.hopefully it'll be alright in the end.LOVE YOU GUYS LIKE SHIT.(: Monday, March 12, 2007
work was simply good today,reasons being: 1)im not stuck in the office doing returns all day and didnt freeze my butt off 2)that bitch wasnt working 3)i get to see lots of hot white guys.haha. anyways.i spent 7.50 on a movie about gays,poetry and history.half the time i dont even know what crap they're talking about.some parts were really hilarious and cute but overall i didnt like the show.storyline was bad.but the part where they spoke and acted in french was SO DAMN COOL LA k.argh i wanna be like that! well if you're not into the holocaust/nazis/poetry/everything that has to do with history watch some other show.i'd rate history boys 2.5 stars only because of how extremely political and intellectual they can be and of course,their funny antics.oh,not forgetting a hot cast. im not a big fan of dancefloor but after seeing it live,i really respect all those who are in the competition.they dance so fucking well.okay,there's nothing to be hoo-hah about going to mediacorp but it was my first time yesterday so it was pretty exciting.it's not everyday you get to be in a studio,watching people perform in a competition you know.and yes,wong li lin is damn gorgeous in real life. oh by the way.i was stopped by some guy at marina square while we were on the way meeting raz and the rest.asked me to try out for some sports advertisement.wanted to give him a fake number but in the end i just told him i didnt wanna do it.oh well. had a nice long chat with norman in the afternoon at starbucks.it's been so bloody long since we had a real talk.argh hope he gets into tp la!(: i'll post up pictures next time.too lazy right now. sheena,dont worry k.you'll get in,insyallah.how can they not accept someone who has a gpa of 3.1?!god damn it.your school system's so fucked up la.sigh.just pray you'll get through k. if you think that your life's fucked up,you need a real good smack across that face of yours. back from my hiatus.exam's over,LIKE FINALLY LA.holidays are here,and soon,year 2.god.how time flies so fast. okay anyway met the girls forawhile during my break yesterday.i was freaking shagged.had super massive bad hair day and looked like a monster.just go to nadirah's blog and you'll see.we had so many things to talk about but due to time constraints we couldnt and i had to get back to work.cant wait for pursuit of happyness with them.ohh yeah.fariqe and sheena are a bunch of crazy ass people.haha.they're fuckin' hysterical la really. since it's after midnight.
